Walt Disney offers a job opportunity in USA as a senior accounting associate. You will provide superior customer service support to end‐users and stakeholders utilizing SAP and Concur travel and expense module and commercial card products (corporate travel card and procurement card). This position will also act as a liaison between The Walt Disney Compan (TWDC) and the company's commercial card issuer, conduct card administration functions, and perform audits to ensure reimbursements are in compliance with TWDC Travel & Entertainment policy.
Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Professionally responds to customer inquiries by using discretion and judgment, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Records customer inquiries by documenting inquiry and response.
- Provides customer support and technical issue resolution through department inquiry portal and phone line.
- Maintains positive and trusted relationships with customers.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Establishes strong working relationships with the bank contacts by partnering with them to serve the customer base needs.
- Conducts card administration functions for all Disney card products.
- Safeguards employee information.
- Performs T&E audits to ensure compliance to company policy.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Minimum two years of college or business related experience.
- Minimum one to two years customer service experience.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
- Demonstrates an ability to multi‐task, prioritize and plan work activities to use time effectively.
- Ability to convey messages quickly and easily, speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listens attentively and seeks clarification, responds well to questions, maintains professional nonverbal communication analogous to situation.
- Ability to write clearly and informatively with a high level of sophistication; varies writing style to meet needs, presents numerical data effectively, able to read and interpret complex written information.

- Demonstrates technical skills in a Windows environment, specifically using Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
It's preferred to have:
- SAP experience.
- Citibank or other commercial card experience.
- Concur expense experience.
- Audit and compliance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent.
