Aramex is offering a full-time job opportunity as an Inside Business Partner- B2B to join the team in El Giza, Egypt.
Duties & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with the customers.
- Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams to these customers.
- Drive customers to use cost effective services channels and increase use of automation.
- Identify business development opportunities from customers.
- Analyse customer performance, then plan and execute calls accordingly.
- Monitor customers’ receivables and drive them to pay as per Aramex standards.
- Drive the use of e-Tools across all customers.
- Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies.
- Reporting any information that might impact company image, brand or functioning.
- Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Analyse customers performance to increase growth and production.
- Identify and make outbound calls to “inactive/idle” accounts or accounts generating less business.
- Gather and update customers’ information.
- Report clients with issues to concerned departments and follow-up.
- Prepare / Assist in preparing offers and rates for customers.
- Implement cross selling and upselling Sales techniques.
- Ensure proper service delivery to the customers by following up with Ground Operations and other concerned teams if needed.
- Follow up with Accounting Team in terms of pending claims and billing adjustment of customers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints on a timely manner.
- Meet CRM KPIs (daily calls target & distribution, opportunities, etc…).
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer contracts are valid and ensure they are renewed on time.
- Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies and standards.
- Ensure telesales targets are met.
- Ensure ACP targets are met where applicable.
- Regain the highest number of inactive customers and new clients to increase revenue.
- Generate revenue from cross selling and upselling.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Negotiate customer claims, initiate billing adjustments in coordination with team leader and the collection team.
- Assist the collection team to ensure customers overdue collections are resolved

Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Fluent English & Arabic Language.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills.
- Eager to Learn.
- Team Player.
- 2 years of experience in Sales.
