Jobs at Aramex in Jordan: Corporate Information Systems Engineer

Aramex is looking for a Corporate Information Systems Engineer to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan. 

1. Provide support through approved mechanisms, work directly with end-users to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues across the assigned applications and their ecosystems.
2. Develop quality reports to support business processes.
3. Assist in training sessions to ensure user proficiency on the assigned business applications.
4. Participate and support the roll out of new changes.
5. Monitor system health and alerts, work closely with other departments to ensure effectiveness.
6. Ensure all system issues are logged, prioritized, and tracked through the resolution stage.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
5. Patience and understanding.
6. Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
7. Knowledge in Structured Query Language (SQL).
8. Willing to learn and develop.
9. 0-3 years’ experience.
