Opportunity description
Cambly is offering a full-time job opportunity as a B2B Account Manager to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Duties & responsibilities
- Work closely with new & existing clients, educating them about Cambly for Organizations features and learning tools.
- Understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients via meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Be a business partner for new & existing clients, providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their client experience.
- Track and report client results, analyze data, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of clients.
- Superior customer relationship management skills. Demonstrate the ability to build relationships with end-users and decision makers.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of account management or business development experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills.
