Opportunity description

Aramex is offering a job opportunity for Saudi nationals as an Account Executive in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for achieving the assigned revenue targets by converting opportunities, retaining existing business and growing new opportunities from the existing customer base to achieve agreed profit margins.
  2. Manage customer inquires, problems, requests and suggestions to determine appropriate solutions and/or response.
  3. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing smooth customer service to customers as per the agreed standards.
  4. Negotiate customer claims and initiate billing adjustment in coordination with the team leader.
  5. Developing new customers from both the market and existing customers with business solutions.
  6. Maintain and regularly update customers information.
  7. Prepare proposals and quotation to customers
  8. Perform all aspects of sales process and input & update all customer information utilizing CRM.
  9. Act as the customers’ main point of contact and working closely with different Aramex stakeholders to respond to all customers queries, problems or issues.
  10. Track and analyze existing accounts’ performance to support the development of new solutions for the customers and to create new account plans to achieve and exceed targets.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Saudi Nationals only
  2. Bachelors degree in business or any other related field.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  4. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in transport or express shipping.
  5. Consultancy selling skills.
