Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Facilities Manager who holds a Saudi nationality to join the team in Saudi Arabia. 

1. Management of all facilities within an entity (JED, RUH and DHA).
2. Create and ensure processes and procedures are adhered to by the teams.
3. Contributes to setting capital and operating expense budget forecasting and quarterly accrual projections.
4. Manages all facilities RFP’s, including Project Plan, Site meetings, SOW, Specifications as per Aramex SOPs.
5. Develop Master PPM schedule and execution plan as per corporate standards.
6. Maintain Aramex Facilities “Work Flow Process”.
7. Manages facility's preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance programs including vendor management and work quality assessment guidelines.
8. Benchmark and implant FM process, for General maintenance of following systems; HVAC/ELEC/MECH/FF.
9. Performs site inspections to identify enhancement and renovation projects, provide facility audit and inspect the quality of vendors vs performed service/project work.
10. Supports business continuity by proactive planning for and responding to calamities or localized emergencies.
11. Facilitate the flow of work between operations, support, and Project managements teams through proactive involvement with acquisitions, a remolding of systems, making specification recommendations based on empirical data, analyzes trends and life cycle cost of equipment and materials to support changes and enhancement.
12. Ensure application of annual maintenance contracts AMC agreements and is responsible for approving the AMC contracts before the station can renew with the same or new service provider.
13. Manage KPIs and SLA of the service provider (s).
14. Lead the implementation and effective use of CAFM (if applicable).
15. Leads energy conservation on-site by introducing retro fit-outs and best practices.
16. Strive for continuous improvement for processes.
17. Promotes value engineering with system repairs or ADHOC projects.
18. Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility.
19. Facilitate the implementation of BCP in case of emergency.
20. Forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements.
21. Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects.
22. Overall facilities assessment for nay new facility onboarding.
23. Is responsible for the commissioning and takeover of new facilities.
24. Helping with office relocations.
25. Drafting and submitting quarterly maintenance reports to Global FM.
26. MHE Maintenance and Management.
27. Racking Maintenance and Management.
28. Sorter Maintenance (If applicable).
29. Maintenance of all Outlets in South Africa.
30. Management of refurbishment and fit-outs project manager.
31. Solar Project Technical Lead (if applicable).
32. Ensuring compliance as per Aramex corporate standards for the Facilities.

1. Saudi National.
2. Engineering Degree BE or BSc.
3. Masters is an added advantage.
4. Certifications of FMP is an added advantage.
5. Sound Technical Knowledge.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Should be familiar with local authority rules and regulations.
8. General knowledge of FM Global regulations and NFPA (will be preferred).
9. Excellent written and verbal communication.
10. Proficiency in MS Office.
11. Team Player.
12. Should be proactive in approach.

Preferred Skills:

1. Minimum 5 Years of experience required in FM role, with hands-on experience in all systems.
2. Should have thorough FM experience.
3. Should be familiar with FM processes and procedures as per international standards such as SFG 20 and ASHRE.
4. Understanding of CAFM systems.
5. Project Management in fit-out projects.
6. Contract Management experience.
