Al Futtaim is looking for an Office Executive who must be a Saudi national to join the team and work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for 2021.
Duties & responsibilities
- Assisting Project Engineers/Project Managers in preparation of documents/letters.
- Getting Al Futtaim and its associate brands prequalified in Ministries and Govt. offices.
- Preparation of Prequalification documents.
- Occasionally, employee shall work as a messenger to pick up/drop off documents or employees from one place to another.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
- Ability to manage every element (including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals) of the sales process on an individual level.
- Office administrative works.
- Document Control.
- Coordinating driver's activities.
Eligibility criteria
- Degree or Diploma in any field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience.
- Possess KSA Driving License.
- Able to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Self-motivated with skills to motivate others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
