Orange is offering a job opportunity as an Oracle Fusion solution support to join the team in Cairo, Egypt.
Duties & responsibilities
- Act as first of line of Business support to the Oracle Fusion application to the French & international domains.
- Respond in Timely manner to the tickets & requests with respect to the SLA.
- Handle the tickets routing between the different level of support teams.
- Solving basic tickets.
- Creating reports as requested.
Eligibility criteria
- B.SC Commerce, Accounting or Business administration or any relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
- Nice to have ERP systems experience.
- Nice to have Business Analysis.
- Nice to have understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Multi-tasking & Time Management.
- Open minded and willing to learn, confident and contribute.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Nice to have Worked in multicultural environment.
- Fluent French in speaking & writing.
- Fluent English in Speaking & writing.
