Aramex is offering a job opportunity as a Senior Supply Chain Executive to join the team in El Giza, Egypt. 

1.  Perform operational procedure to ensure high levels of customer service/satisfaction.
2. Meet customer’s SLA’s for all customers.
3. Report any information that might impact company image and brand or functioning.
4. Ensure meeting team’s KPI’s.
5. Setting KPI’s for direct reports and conduct annual review.
6. Ensure training warehouse staff on customized logistics procedure and requirements for new customers.
7. Ensure identifying direct reports training needs and propose training needed to HR.
8. Assist and train personnel to use warehouse systems, DQMS and the processing of work orders.
9. Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
10. Train and develop direct reports.
11. Ensures optimal team performance.
12. Monitor and manage the team to ensure performance is up to standard.
13. Utilize available resources to meet customer’s SLA.
14. Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies, processes and standards.
15. Acts on all assigned outcomes of the quality audits.
16. Adhere to all shipping and handling legislations.
17. Makes sure WMS is updated on time and accurately and as per the procedures.
18. Makes sure customer’s SLAs are met.
19. Ensure operations is running as per standards to avoid any type of losses.
20. Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and avoid discrepancies.
21. Run the operations to avoid loss or damage related to human, customer goods or facility.

1. Experience of 2-4 Years in warehousing & logistics.
2. Bachelor’s Degree Holder (Industrial Engineering) is a must.
3. Professional user for Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
4. Experience in standard concepts of a warehouse.
5. Analytical Skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Leadership Skills.
8. Detail Oriented.
