Expedia Group is offering a job opportunity as a User Experience Designer to join the team and work in Amman, Jordan. 

1. You will build a solid toolkit of methods for facilitating the gathering and synthesizing of diverse insights in ambiguous problem spaces.
2. You will influence strategy for a project or product area by articulating a coherent UX vision based on clear, meaningful problem/opportunity statements.
3. You will explore diverse, novel perspectives and design directions by default, and evaluate concepts using appropriate methods to determine the strongest.
4. You will demonstrate proficiency in common visual and interaction design principles and practice, and build appropriate sketches, wireframes, flows, design comps, and prototypes with minimal mentorship.
5. You will actively contribute to design system growth based on use cases.
6. You will make decisions that clarify relationships between patterns and support future flexibility.
7. You will consistently build clear and compelling materials and narratives explaining design rationale to team and partners using customer, business, or competitive insights.
8. You will actively seek diverse feedback on design work and anticipate feedback to address it proactively.
9. You will apply and adapt design and research processes to fit the needs of a project.
10. You will develop empathy and insights about customers based on data and insights from research and other customer data sources.

1. Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience; Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or related Design field or relevant experience is applicable.
2. 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design.
3. You can drive the experience design process end to end.
4. You’re committed to quality and thinking about all use cases.
5. An excellent storyteller and communicator.
6. Proven experience in collaborating with teams such as product management, content strategy, engineering, research, and analytics.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A strong portfolio that you’re proud of, demonstrating your design process and outcomes.
