Opportunity description

Zain is offering a job opportunity as a Prepaid Segments Analyst to join the team in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The Prepaid Segments Analyst supports the Prepaid Segment Manager in the development and execution of commercially attractive, above the line, Prepaid voice and broadband acquisitions products, services and campaigns that cater to the consumer segment. The Prepaid Segments Analyst aids in the definition of the strategy, analyzes trends and customer preferences, and often leads the documentation effort concerning concept papers, value propositions, product specifications. Additionally, the Prepaid Segments Analyst will be required to coordinate with various stakeholders across Zain to help ensure the consistent and timely production of initiatives.

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Customer lifetime and value management.
  2. Product design and lifecycle management.
  3. Competitive action based analysis.
  4. Pricing and profitability analysis.
  5. Writing up full business requirements and help technical teams to build up solutions.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Minimum bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
  2. Minor degree or a certificate in Statistics/MIS is a plus.
  3. Fluent Arabic/English read and write.
  4. Good analytical and presentation skills.
  5. Project management skills.
  6. Skilled in using MS Office mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
  7. Passionate to add value, analytical thinker, problem solver and team player.
