Opportunity description

Unifonic is offering a full-time job opportunity as an Enterprise Solution Consultant to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Serve as a technical liaison between sales and product development teams to nurture deals through the sales process and assist in solution design, quote, proposal, RFP response, and other documentation requirements.
  2. Understand the conversational automation platforms, its offerings/capabilities and the problems that these offerings can solve for Enterprises in each Industry and each function.
  3. Attend meetings with Sales team members during which you will be required to understand customer pain points, customer requirements, business goals and suggest the most appropriate solution for the customer.
  4. Prepare collateral content/presentations for techno-functional requirements and present to prospective customers.
  5. Understand the various backend & frontend systems that can be integrated with conversational platforms.
  6. Conception, implementation, and execution of client-specific projects.
  7. Educate, coach, and support client, sales, and engineering teams during the introduction of the company's products as well as ongoing projects to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.
  8. Work with the Sales team to help them understand the features of the Product and also to help them achieve the annual revenue targets.
  9. Participate in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help clients and other technical specialists increase their efficiency when using the company's products.
  10. Implement product demos and pilots to showcase the company's value to prospects and clients.
  11. Provide timely, prioritized, and complete client-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and/or Development regarding client’s business cases.
  12. Monitor client support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alert the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
  13. Identify short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, provide information and commentary, recommend options and courses of action, and implement directives.
  14. Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  15. Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies related to product offerings, integration strategies, and interoperability.
  16. Take ownership of the technical part of the bidding cycle, and build technical proposals for our enterprise customers.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Hands-on 5+ years of recent experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers.
  2. Effective territory/account management skills: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline management.
  3. Problem solving skills: Ability to solve customer problems through cloud communication technologies required.
  4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology-related discipline, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.
  5. Experience in leading cross functional projects with executive presence.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills: Leading multi-stakeholder relationships and closely collaborate with virtual teams.
  7. Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
