Alshaya Group is offering a job opportunity as an HR Business Partner Manager to join the team in Riyadh, KSA. From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions including HR services, recruitment and talent management. These are just some of the teams that support over 120 nationalities working across multiple brands and geographies, and Alshaya’s continued growth and expansion can only be achieved by recruiting, training and nurturing the best global talent. 

Duties & responsibilities

As the HRBP for head office functions you will partner with senior stakeholders to ensure the people strategy and tactical HR activity is aligned to business objectives; delivering first-class HR initiatives and interventions aligned to corporate goals and company vision. This is turn leads to the individual functions being able to optimally support our growing brands across MENA. With over 70 brands and 44,000 people, which increases year on year, this role gives you the opportunity to work with a major retail business across an international platform, as you will be supported by Area HR Managers and central HR functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Recruitment.

Eligibility criteria

This is a senior role which calls for commercially aware individuals that are able to build and influence relationships to deliver results. A wealth of HR experience combined with an ability to understand business strategy is essential for this role.
