Jobs in Saudi Arabia: Sales Program Manager at TASC

TASC is looking for a motivated Sales Program Manager to join the team and work in Saudi Arabia. 

1. Work closely with sales team, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
2. Develop review mechanism, projections and drive new initiatives to support in delivering the targets.
3. Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.
4. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.
5. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
6. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
7. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
8. Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.

1. 3+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience).
2. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
4. Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes.
