Jobs in Saudi Arabia: Store Manager at Charterhouse

Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity as a Store Manager to join the team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 

1. You will be responsible for the management and operations of the boutique, as well as business development and building strong relationships with the clientele, including a VIP client network. 
2. You must be a strong leader and in order to ensure your team achieves the best results and meets or exceeds the store and their individual targets and KPIs.
3. You will recruit, train and motivate new team members and will ensure they have an excellent product knowledge at all times.
4. You will oversee the visual merchandising standards of the store and ensure the optimization of the stock level usage.
5. You will report directly to the Regional Retail Director for the Middle East Region and the HQ in Europe.

1. A dynamic luxury retail professional, with strong management and interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Arabic. You need to have a minimum 3 years of experience working for an international luxury brand on a managerial level.
2. The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for fashion and an extensive portfolio of existing clients.
3. Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals.
