Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- Ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all free zone rules and regulations.
- Manage the inbound & outbound system functionality and documentation too.
- Do inventory control and responsible for increasing the customers' confidence in dealing with Al-Futtaim Logistics.
Eligibility criteria
- A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in Logistics or Retail industry.
- You must have an effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and ability to solve problems quickly.
- Knowledge in warehouse management system is a definite advantage.
