Jobs in the UAE: Business Information Analyst at Al Futtaim

Al Futtaim is looking for a Business Information Analyst to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Maintain daily routine for reconciliation of both master and transactional data.
2. Call logging with EIT and follow-up of issues both for SAP and Business Warehouse.
3. Providing support to the team and business.
4. Handling of user enquiries - data, system, process.
5. Reconciliation of Month End P&L reports.
6. Carry out user training for New Users.
7. To support the Business Information Team in reconciliation, creation of service requests and communication of information outages.
8. To provide communication between progress, issues and actions required on a weekly basis and in report format for weekly review with BIM.
9. To provide information on matters pertaining to usage, communication, and training in order to maintain standards.
10. The job holder plays a key role in the building of information tools to manage the BI functions that affect the business, standards of data and delivery of additional business requirement.

1. Diploma/bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2. Understanding of reviewing systems and processes.
3. Experience with data checking.
4. Background in Analysis of data.

Job-Specific Skills: 

1. Ability to create and maintain information templates.
2. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
3. Ability to make comparisons and monitor effects.
4. Professional knowledge of MS Office.
5. Knowledge of various Dealer management systems advantageous.
6. SAP R/3 & SAP IS Auto an advantage.
