Jobs in the UAE: Legal PA at Charterhouse

Charterhouse is looking for a Legal PA to join the team and work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. 

1. You will support a team of Lawyers with all aspects of secretarial duties.
2. This role is extremely varied including diary and email management, travel arrangements, processing of expenses, document formatting, audio typing and billing.
3. As an integral part of the team, you will provide high level administrative and client services support.
4. This is a full-time role in a fast-paced environment and will see you working within a diverse team.

1. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years secretarial experience working for another international law firm.
2. You must have strong attention to detail and work well in a fast paced setting.
3. You must complete tasks with energy and enthusiasm and be extremely organised. 
4. You must be comfortable working with all levels of seniority and possess a strong work ethic.
5. You must have excellent communication skills in English. 
6. You are immediately available to start.
