Jobs in Turkey at TRT: Senior Producer/Presenter

TRT Turkey is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Senior Producer/Presenter to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey. Working under the Executive Producer, the Senior Producer/Presenter is responsible for scripting, presenting and hosting digital videos in an engaging manner. The Senior Producer/Presenter will also be expected to undertake a role in the production process — especially with regards to sourcing visuals and music and preparing interviews. The Senior Producer/Presenter will work as part of a team.

1. Host and present selected pieces of video content from start to finish.
2. Create accurate, concise and engaging content using creative storytelling techniques.
3. Conceive, pitch and execute story ideas.
4. Prepare scripts.
5. Actively participate in meetings and discussions.
6. Develop sound communications strategies.
7. Ensure that content produced is consistent with TRT World editorial guidelines.

2. A passion and commitment to the spirit of journalism.
3. An understanding of the demands of a 24-hour news cycle.
4. Good on-screen presence.
5. Skillful at hosting live discussions.
6. Good command of English (speaking, writing, reading).
