P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Communications Senior Manager to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey for 2021, as the manager will represent the company to many outside stakeholders such as journalists, influencers, environmental scientists, medical professionals, advertising bodies, consumer associations and non–government organizations. 

1. Creates communication strategies and plans to generate earned awareness and advocacy to build reputation for P&G and its brands, effectively integrating earned, paid and own media, driving harmonies across plan elements.
2. Influences communication plans and business decisions as trusted advisor and business partner, conveying potential risks in choices and opportunities.
3. Produces content that is compelling, newsworthy, shareable in traditional and social media maximizing the impact through appropriate tools, channels, and platforms.
4. Confident and effective company spokesperson with clear, concise, and well-organized communication across platforms and channels, adopting style and tonality as per audience. Key contact for external partners and media.
5. Partner internally for effective employee communication and counsels leaders supporting their communication internally and externally.
6. Develops deep knowledge of relevant stakeholders, creates networks, and builds long term positive relationships.
7. Anticipates crisis and issues, leads scenario planning and contingency planning, influences business strategy and encourages prudent risk taking.
8. Manage issues to resolution with tailored messaging and appropriate communication plans, guides the business towards informed and timely decisions to minimize impact and protect P&G.

1. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications or Marketing.
2. Experience working in Corporate Communications/PR for corporate organizations or media agencies.
3. Innovative and bring new ideas for the business.
4. Passionate and keen to build your career in corporate communications.
5. Proficiency in both Turkish and English.
