TRT Turkey is offering a job opportunity as a Community Manager to join the International Audience Engagement team in Istanbul, Turkey, where he/she will be responsible for managing, publishing and distribution of relevant content through social media platforms and on the official site.

1. Execute the publication of the language content for the TRT International brand best suited for the different digital platforms.
2. Responsible for managing brand's social channels and implementing social listening tactics to grow an engaged and active community.
3. Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
4. Monitor, track and report on feedback and engagement.
5. Coordinate with content marketing and production teams.
6. Assist in audience growth on social media.
7. Engage audiences, and convert conversations into subscribers.
8. Keep up to date with digital trends and ads.
9. Create content in line with TRT’s quality standard.

1. University degree or work experience in Social Media Management.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Community Management.
3. Expertise in audience engagement techniques.
4. Ability to work effectively and quickly on more than one project at the same time.
5. Ability to interpret data.
6. Familiarity with the social content of Streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video.
7. Should be familiar with Turkish fiction and non-fiction content.
8. High level of proficiency in English and either Arabic, Urdu or Spanish.
9. Knowledge of Turkish would be an asset.
