TRT Turkey is offering a full-time job opportunity as an English Copy Editor to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey. The Copy Editor in English language with 4+ years of experience to be part of our new International expansion project in Istanbul. The successful candidate is a self motivated copy editor able to craft company communications, uphold and elevate writing standards, and provide copy editing support for important TRT written materials designed for various markets. The role is perfect for a writer who is at their best when their work combines delivering world class contextual communications at scale along with added fun and creativity. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing complex, global communications or marketing initiatives.

1. Copyediting all Communications materials in timely fashion.
2. Reviewing all marketing materials to ensure its suitable for certain markets.
3. Entering new content into our Content Management System ensures consistent style and voice as well as adhering to our brand guidelines.
4. Collaborating with Marketing, Audience, and other teams to ensure projects have the content needed to be completed in a timely manner.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Literature, Journalism, or related discipline.
2. 4+ years of experience in Copy Editing.
3. Manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges and be able to deal with ambiguity.
4. Quickly dive into TRT's writing culture, learning the style and infusing it into all work.
