P&G is offering a job opportunity as a Senior Manager specialized in Government Relations to join the team in Istanbul, Turkey for 2021. 

1. Engage with government agencies and network with external Influencers - Influence legislation and public policies, build the company reputation and be able to develop and implement GR strategies to advocate for legislations and public polices in favour of the business. – has mature political judgment. Ability to juggle a variety of political issues, weigh priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
2. Represent P&G in industry associations.
3. Manage and Anticipate Issues – Provide sound counsel and work closely with business teams to develop creative solutions to meet business objectives with political realities.
4. Engage and Network - Builds effective stakeholder partnerships, alliances, and networks through deep understanding of needs, goals, strategies and culture throughout the business.
5. Issue Management - Integrates deep business and external insights to anticipate issues; assesses likely business risks, recommend and execute effective management plans.
6. Serve as an ambassador of the company’s equity, culture, PVP and Business Conduct Policy.
7. Recommend, create, develop, and execute effective, tailored strategies & programs that build and protect the business. Has the trust and confidence of management to negotiate and respond to external developments on behalf of the business within their area of business/external expertise.

1. A Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Excellent experience on Government Relations / Corporate Affairs.
3. Proven success in working with leadership, gaining trust and gaining credibility.
4. Persuasive negotiation skills to externally build and protect business.
5. Strong collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams.
6. Business acumen and interest to partner with business teams.
7. Strong communicator.
8. Self-Motivator.
9. Fluent in Turkish & English.
10. Experience in area of international trade and/or sustainability government policy is an asset.
