Sapphire Recruitment Consultants is offering a job opportunity as a Business Operations Manager to join the team in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
Duties & responsibilities
- Make important policy, planning and strategy decisions in consultation with the Management.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Assist and oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Ensure all operations on the grounds are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Organize and directly oversee workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Plans, organizes, assigns, and supervises the work of several diversified personnel within the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Other tasks deemed appropriate by the CEO.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelors degree is essential, a masters would be advantageous.
- Detailed orientated with the ability of thinking of smart processes to streamline systems with checks and balances.
- A high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent MSoft skills, Sage would be an advantage.
- Must currently reside in the UAE and must be prepared to relocate to Fujairah.
- The ideal candidate will have worked in a dedicated operational role where they have streamlined processes and set up processes, not someone who has just worked on the operational side as part of their role, it would also suit a well-organized Office Manager who has possibly set up an office/processes from scratch.
