Jobs in UAE: Radiographer at Al Futtaim Group

Al Futtaim is offering a job opportunity as a Radiographer to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Use evidence based practice and clinical guidelines to produce high quality images for a range of imaging procedures.
2. Be aware of safe guarding policies, both local and national, and implement such policies should it become necessary.
3. Assess clinical conditions, prioritise health problems, including initiation of effective emergency care.
4. Ensure that patients are prepared for their procedures and have been given all the relevant information required before the need for imagine.
5. Manage own client caseload including the interpretation of test results with referral to physicians as necessary.
6. Provide emergency care to patients as necessary and attend annual resuscitation training.
7. Have the ability to authorise referrals for primary imaging whilst ensuring that the procedure is justified and escalate any concerns may they arise.  

1. Bachelor degree from an accredited university in Radiography, Radiology Technology or Medical/ Diagnostic Imaging program; Diploma in Radiology, Associate degree in Radiography.
2. UAE license or Eligibility is preferable.
3.  Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
4. Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
5. Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required.
6. Minimum 2+ years experience post qualification in general radiology field.

1. Basic Life Support.
2. Breast screening/Mammography.
3. X-ray.
4. Ultrasound.
5. Bone Mineral Scan.
6. Computerised Tomography (CT) Scanning or Sonography.
7. Interventional Radiography.
8. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
9. Nuclear Medicine.
