Charterhouse is offering a job opportunity as a Regional Senior Training or Training Manager to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. This unique opportunity requires an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual with experience in luxury beauty industry. The Regional Senior Trainer/Training Manager will be responsible for effective delivery of trainings for in-country trainers, as well as in-store teams across the MEIA region.
2. The role will report to the Regional Education Manager and will work closely alongside the Regional Make-up Artist.
3. Being accessible and having a team spirit is essential for this role.
4. As this is a regional role, the successful candidate will be required to travel abroad approximately 50% of the time.

1. To be considered for this role you must have experience working in a similar position in the luxury beauty and fragrances sector.
2. You should be very passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry and the latest trends.
3. This role requires outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Arabic.
4. French language is a advantageous.
