Sapphire is offering a full-time job opportunity as a Sales Manager to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. Sourcing and qualifying leads, approaching & retaining client relationships, and converting leads into business opportunities.
2. Increase market share and maintain leadership through market penetration, attaining lead referrals from existing clients and regular updates from various sources.
3. Provide adequate sales support and customer service to existing clients as required.
4. Maintain and further develop contacts to generate additional leads through various.
5. Establishing new alliances with industry related companies.
6. Visiting trade fairs and developing contacts.
7. Manage and record leads generated via Marketing/PR activities implemented by the company.
8. Competitive intelligence on new product introduction, project overview, future developments.
9. Tracking information across the GCC on new projects (Govt. and Private) and building a comprehensive databank of analysis.
10. Establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
11. Periodic Business Analysis with the General Manager and providing support on new product introduction/alignment strategies with the changing market demands and trends.
12. Acquire customer specific feedback and develop reports of gathered data, especially new projects, competitors’ activities etc. and share knowledge to management and team.
13. Draft Management reporting formats and providing assistance in organizing special networking events as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant GCC experience.
2. You must have experience in either the Shop Solutions or Retail Fit Out sector.
3. Target oriented and efficient.
4. Key Account Management experience.
5. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
6. Diploma/Degree holder in a business-related field.
7. Must have UAE driver’s license and car.
8. Must currently reside in the UAE.
