Unifonic is looking for a Strategy Lead to join the team and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 2021. The Strategy Lead is supporting in driving the Strategy Functions (Corporate strategy and strategy detailing, strategic projects, investor relations, planning and goal management framework, and corporate development related topics). The Strategy Lead is supporting the implementation of the strategy across the different functions. The Strategy Lead is playing a major role in doubling down on the importance of strategic thinking, increasing the company’s capacity to implement strategic projects and upskill investor relations function. 

1. Support in developing material needed for by-yearly planning.
2. Develop additional material to improve our investor relations.
3. Become the internal focal point for investor relations topics for internal stakeholders.
4. Support in the implementation of strategic projects across the company.
5. Support in detailing corporate strategy.
6. Handle discussions with strategic partners.

1. Hands-on 5+ years of total experience with 2+ years of recent experience in strategy consulting, strategy departments of tech companies, or other relevant fields.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently with a minimum level of supervision.
4. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields.
5. High flexibility with working hours.
6. Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skill.
