Logistics Administration Internship for Students and Graduates at Siemens in the UAE

Siemens is offering an internship opportunity as a Logistics Administrator for 6 months to join the team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

1. You will be responsible to timely processing of the customer orders in the system.
2. You will be responsible to Follow up and close sales orders and purchase orders in the system on time.
3. You will responsible of creating invoices and applying for certificate of origins.
4. You will responsible to follow up on shipments and communicate with the forwarder.
5. You will responsible to clear GR/IR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) and avoid GIT by timely booking of cost invoices and billing.
6. You will be responsible to communicate and coordinate with GLSC (Global Logistics Support Center) in Germany and USA for the timely processing and delivery.
7. You will be responsible to communicate with business Partners by e-mail and phone.

1. Must be a graduate or undergraduate student enrolled in a university in the UAE.
2. Student of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Laboratory or Medical Sciences, Business Analytics, Finance or a relevant field.
3. Microsoft excel skills.
4. Good Communication skills.
5. Able to work under pressure.
6. Team player attitude with the drive to learn and support others.
7. Ability to respond the emergency calls.
