The company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will own campaign strategy, cross-channel execution, and measurement to support growth objectives. This full-time role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on experience across digital and offline channels, and a data-driven approach to optimize performance.
Duties & responsibilities
Develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
Oversees SEO, content, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
Analyzes campaign performance, prepares reports, and provides actionable insights.
Manages and mentors digital marketing specialists and external partners.
Collaborates with creative, content, and account teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitors industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Manages budgets, timelines, and performance KPIs to ensure ROI.
Eligibility criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and analytics tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience working with KSA or GCC markets is highly preferred.
Full fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), and analytics.
