Microsoft is offering 12 Month Internship Opportunity for Undergraduate Students in Marketing 2022.
Duties & responsibilities
- Contributes to shaping current and future strategies for continued growth of the Microsoft Ireland campus.
- Collaborate and engage with senior leaders of business functions such as Digital Sales, Engineering, and Operations to distill challenges and needs to convert into a marketing & communication campaign to address same.
- Project management of numerous initiatives at different lifecycle stages to ensure effective and efficient delivery to market.
- Execute with excellence campaigns that will target internal and external audiences.
- Communicate and collaborate with a large group of stakeholders to deliver campaigns – internal social lead, internal communication manager, HR, Global talent acquisition team and external marketing and media agencies.
Eligibility criteria
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with at least one quarter/semester remaining to complete after internship.
- Demonstrates interest by the continually evolving craft of marketing, as well as corporate philanthropy and driving societal impact.
- The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills - Solid interpersonal skills, cross–group collaboration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills
