Opportunity description

McKinsey & Company is looking for a Migration and Human Resources Intern to join the team in Panama City. 

Duties & responsibilities

  1. You will coordinate the visa processes and transfers for colleagues coming in and out of Latin America.
  2. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the visa and mobility spreadsheet duly updated. You will upload documents in Box, coordinate the process of obtaining internal documents for the visa processes (e.g. getting documents signed), follow up with vendors (migration) and internal clients as well as create new transfer cases in the system.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Law student preferred.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a diverse range of people in a fair and consistent manner.
  3. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  4. Excellent problem solving skills; ability to manage ambiguity with an open mind and positive attitude.
  5. Exemplary communication skills; ability to communicate sensitive subjects clearly and effectively.
  6. Advanced English skills preferred.
