Opportunity description

Volvo Cars offers an internship opportunity as a network & customer experience intern. It is looking for employees who are analytical, interpersonal, technical, and teamwork-driven to join the Volvo family. You will get the chance to assist with operational tasks within the business unit and process improvements associated with the company communications, reporting tools, analysis of retailer network, training initiatives, and customer experience. As an intern, you will attend and participate in Network and CX business meetings as well as meetings with vendors, regions, and other departments. Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate activities with business management system including learning and interpreting dealer financials, developing dealer financial reports, and identifying KPIs/metrics.
  • Promote a culture of sustainability and going green associated with VRE facilities and customer experience.
  • Evaluate the CX and retailer standards assessment process and support retailers/regions in improving performance.
  • Assist with the operations and marketing of the Volvo Studio concept and help bring excellence to the customer experience.
  •  Organize retailer training needs, support learning and development, create content and work with subject matter experts.
  • Evaluate, and conduct tasks associated with product launches, training, research and education materials.
  •  Develop, design, and implement content within the retailer communications hub.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

  • 2-3 years of general business management, financial management, and/or marketing course work at the university level.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly using Excel.
  • Good analytical and written/verbal communications.
  • Ability to solicit input from variety of teams, and summarize/present key findings.
  • Ability to drive results, self-driven, and strong work ethic.
  • Prior project management or internship preferred.
