Opportunity description

Erasmus Intern is offering a 9 month full-time paid internship as a Talent Acquisition (HR) at allmyhomes GmbH company in Berlin, Germany.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Create job profiles and post them on job boards, company career website and social media.
  • Identify and actively source promising candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, Xing and others.
  • Build and maintain relations with sourced candidates.
  • Deliver early stages of the recruitment process (reviewing applications, setting up meetings with Hiring Manager, evaluating candidates after the meetings).
  • Recognise particular technical skills and aptitudes during the interview with the candidate.
  • Co-operate efficiently with different levels of stakeholders and present yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Initiate the employment with the candidate and perform necessary visa / permit procedures.
  • Co-operate with external partners involved in the recruitment process such as recruitment and work agencies.

Eligibility criteria

  • Demonstrated genuine interest in recruitment / HR and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent English communication skills. English is the language of communication in the company.
  • Talkative nature. With the candidates, with employees, with business partners, with whoever visits the office and the company needs you to be OK with that.
  • Respect for diversity - the company is very strict about that as it welcomes all genders, nationalities, ethnicities.
  • No experience is required.
  • Preferred qualifications:-
  • Some experience in the recruitment field or any general experience in a modern start-up company - will help you get on track faster.
  • Relevant field of studies (drop-outs are also welcome) - some understanding of basic principles would only expedite your learning.
  • Good communication skills in German - at the end of the day you are located in Germany and it might help sometimes to be able to communicate in the local language.
