Duties & responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct legal research on laws and regulations in GCC countries and provide necessary updates for legal and commercial affairs.
- Assist with company formalities such as preparing for meetings (General Assemblies, Board of Directors meetings), and assisting with various regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with authorities regarding various compliance matters.
- Drafting and reviewing all types of agreements and contracts.
- Assisting corporate legal affairs in carrying out legal work tasks.
Eligibility criteria
You must have:
- Bachelor's degree in the field of law.
- Experience ranging from one to two years.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to anticipate and plan ahead.
- It is preferable to have legal knowledge and familiarity with all corporate issues, real estate development, shopping mall business, project management and/or hotel management documents.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English and Arabic.
