P & G is offering a full-time job opportunity in Cairo, Egypt, as a Media Operations Senior Manager Responsible for planning and buying of various media channels used to deliver brands' communication and advertising (e.g. television, newspapers, magazines, radio, billboards, direct mail, search, mobile, etc.).

Duties & responsibilities

  1. Maximize Media Efficiency & Value, and enable Media Led Brand growth by defining Media vision and key strategies in Egypt across Brand portfolio.
  2. Be a trusted internal Media professional consultant for Brand Team and Media Agencies.
  3. Deliver Media target for Brand growth.
  4. Handle Planning and Buying/ Operation of all Media types, including TV, Print, Outdoor, Cinema, Paid search, social media paid activity, etc
  5. Bring Media Led-amplification opportunities for Brands, derive learning, share and re-apply across categories and across the region.
  6. Strengthen the standard of Media operations, and execute Operations with perfection for ongoing Media value, efficiency creation (Media Value tracking, Media delivery tracking, Standard Operation procedure control), in line with Financial controls and stewardship
  7. Analysis of media research including return on investment analysis


Eligibility criteria

  1. Deep understanding of the Egypt media landscape
  2. +6 years confirmed experience in media planning, operation, strong connection with especially TV industry
  3. Have worked in Media, Agency or FMCG client side (as Media Operation Manager), especially International Company
  4. Strong analytical ability to develop data driven media strategies
  5. Focus on consumer driven growth via defining sharp consumer media insights and how they can influence the media strategies
  6. Strong communication skills, leadership and analytical capabilities;
  7. Ability to lead change and drive innovation
  8. High attention to detail
  9. Ability to operate under sophisticated, fast-paced & agile structure
