P & G is offering a full-time internship opportunity in Istanbul, Turkey, as Sales Account Manager Responsible. As Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to strategically partner with our customers to develop and lead join value for both companies and will influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This role involves making recommendations on sales fundamentals; such as, distribution, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper, purchase behavior.

Duties & responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities would include:

  1. Build, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed performance goals.
  2. Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop customer strategies and plans
  3. Translate Business Plans into concrete selling stories for the customer
  4. Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually helpful business plans
  5. Turn raw data into actionable conclusions
  6. Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights
  7. Provide input into retailer category strategy

You will need to:

  1. Serve as a trusted business advisor.
  2. Help by innovating new solutions to business and field challenges.
  3. Own and lead strategic customer accounts.
  4. Participate on diverse, multi-functional teams

Eligibility criteria

  1. University degree in 2022 or recently graduated
  2. Excellent command over both written & spoken English
  3. Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking and leadership skills
  4. Ability of critical thinking and problem solving
  5. A valid driver's license and willingness to live in cities different than hometown
