McKinsey & Company is offering an internship opportunity in the field of Reporting and Benchmarking Analysis to join the team in Wroclaw, Poland.
Duties & responsibilities
- You will support and enhance COBI digital application and other initiatives to strengthen and broaden the COBI value proposition.
- In this role, you will support the team in performing benchmarking analysis and reporting to clients from the consumer and retail sector to improve their operational excellence.
- You will also develop and maintain a database. You will also have a chance to observe the client engagements and work alongside senior knowledge professionals and experts on larger client projects and internal knowledge initiatives.
- This internship program will enhance your professional and personal development through mentoring and coaching sessions with tenured colleagues. This will last up to 12 months with a minimum of 25 work hours per week. You will have the opportunity for a permanent role depending on the success of your internship.
Eligibility criteria
- 2nd-4th year student of economics, business, technology, mathematics, manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ability to write macros as well as knowledge of BI tools like Alteryx, Tableau, etc. is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing) in English.
