BI Consulting is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Jordan. The selected candidate will support Business Development activities within the commercial function. This includes CRM system setup and maintenance, lead generation across platforms, establishing a comprehensive proposals library, and effectively communicating leads and business development reports to the company's leadership.
Duties & responsibilities
Set up and maintain a robust CRM system, integrating components such as databases, libraries, and customer journeys.
Create, update, and manage a highly targeted database of prospective, current, and past clients.
Initiate lead generation through cold outreach methods including email, websites, and social media.
Develop and update a comprehensive leads database, monitor conversion rates, and cultivate relationships.
Prepare supporting documents for proposals as per RFP/RFQ requirements and ensure submission deadlines are met.
Create and update templates (proposals, presentations, emails) in alignment with the company's brand identity.
Manage sales tools and develop reports to demonstrate sales outcomes effectively to leadership.
Eligibility criteria
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales support, business development, or CRM management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain rigorous databases and extensive libraries.
Excellent communication and cold outreach skills for effective lead generation.
Proficiency in preparing proposals and updating corporate business templates.
