Opportunity description

Aramex offers a full-timejob opportunity in Jordan for the position of SNS Product Development Executive. This position will give you a chance to join a world leader in comprehensive transport and delivery solutions for businesses and consumers.

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Study various markets and conduct profit and cost analysis to set S&S selling rates.
Conduct competitor analysis, and study selling rates and unique selling offerings.
Work with the marketing department to launch local and global campaigns.
Work closely with different departments (IT, Operations, and customer service) to implement new projects across global markets.
Work on different projects and conduct business feasibility studies to determine projects priority.
Manage different S&S platforms and conduct regular reporting to measure performance.
Review customer surveys and identify potential product development opportunities.
Analyze and specify the necessary changes to the shop and ship website to ensure S&S service meets the business strategic requirements.
Conduct market analysis for potential new Shop and Ship origins and analyze e-commerce business availability.

Eligibility criteria

You must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), BIS, MIS, or Industrial Engineering.
0 – 2 years of experience (preferred experience in business development, product management, market analysis, and pricing.
Analytical skills, business acumen, and project management skills.
Team spirit and good communication skills.
Excellent command of English.
