Solution Delivery Internship at McKinsey & Company in Hungary

McKinsey & Company is offering a Solution Delivery Internship in Budapest, Hungary. 

1. You’ll gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses as well as develop and communicate recommendations. 
2. In this role, you’ll participate in analytical processes from task definition to the implementation and interpretation of results of a benchmarking solution.
3. You’ll shape strategic product designs, create and deliver presentations, and work with McKinsey subject matter experts to develop perspectives and insights for the client.
4. You’ll intersect with many elements of our firm's work including McKinsey Digital and Implementation either by collaborating on teams or working with colleagues from these groups.
5. You’ll gain insights into many industries (with a focus on Banking and Technology, Media & Telecommunications), methodologies and management topics on an ongoing basis.

1. Undergraduate or master's degree.
2. Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics.
3. Practical knowledge in mathematical software, databases and programming languages; comfortable working with large data sets (R/SAS/Python/SQL or others).
4. Strong commitment to excellence and personal, professional growth.
5. Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities.
6. Genuine interest in business and find problem solving exhilarating.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization.
8. Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English.
