The Institute of Molecular Biology is offering Internship opportunity for students interested in doing a PhD.

Eligibility criteria
- These internships are available for students:
- who have finished or are in their final year of a bachelor’s program
- and students enrolled in a Master's program in search of a hosting institute for their thesis
Required Documents:
- An academic CV that outlines academic training and details of previous internships (2 pages max.)
- A cover letter (1 pages max) that:
- describes previous research experience
- identifies the GMI research group that you would like to join
- explains the choice of the research group
- Two reference letters, one of which should be from a mentor who supervised a previous research project.
About The Institute of Molecular Biology:
The Institute of Molecular Biology (IMB) is a newly established research centre on the campus of the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany. It is funded by the Boehringer Ingelheim Foundation. The scientists at IMB primarily conduct basic science in developmental biology, epigenetics, and DNA repair.
