Erasmus Intern is offering an internship in Amsterdam, Netherlands as a Talent Coordinator.
Internship duration and working hours:
12 months with commitment of 2-3 days per week.
Duties & responsibilities
- Attending Tuesday meetings (9:30-11:30)
- Attending Dokhuis monthly meetings on a rotating basis, 20:00-22:00
- Heavily appreciated to take part in a volunteer activity in the duration of your position (pick up, cooking, serving)
- Guide the immersion of interns
- Recruit volunteers
- Keep our vacancies up-to-date on various platforms
- Keep the volunteer work schedule up-to-date and manage the attendance of volunteers
- Be the point of communication for all new volunteers
- Receive and assess incoming internship applications
- Interview the prospective interns
- Communicate between TBYW and the sending institution i.e. the university
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor degree.
- English: Independent User B2.
Compensation:
Unfortunately we are not able to compensate interns financially for their time and energy. All we can offer are free weekly dinners and surplus groceries and being part of a conscious and engaged community of food heroes. Connected to that, we also understand that everyone has busy, complex lives and appreciate every commitment – so we are quite flexible in terms of working hours.
