Vacancy at Aramex in Jordan: Senior Internal Auditor

Aramex is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan as a Senior Internal Auditor.

1. Participate in risk assessments and development for the internal audit plan.
2. Participate in the development of the Strategic financial Audit Plan and Annual Audit Plan
3. Prepare preliminary testing strategies to achieve the objectives of audit assignments
4. Prepare internal audit programs including sampling techniques to be used
5. Ensure that sufficient testing is performed for internal controls identified in the planning phase
6. Supervise the execution of the internal audit plan and ensure that sufficient documentation is completed and filed
7. Prepare the draft internal audit report along with respective recommendations.
8. Prepare the final report to be issued to the respective process owner(s).

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in auditing field is required preferably with big four experience.
• A professional certification in Accounting or Auditing such as CIA, CPA, CMA is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Good business understanding and background
• Good leadership skills including people management, selection and development skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Very good analytical, planning, forecasting, execution and problem solving skills
