Opportunity description

ITP Media Group is offering a job opportunity as an HR Coordinator in Mumbai, India. As an HR Coordinator in India, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations within the organization. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee onboarding, HRIS management, employee relations, and general HR administration. You will work closely with HR managers, executives, and other stakeholders to deliver HR services effectively.


Duties & responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions.
  • HRIS and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries.
  • HR Administration: Coordinate and schedule HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions.

Eligibility criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR coordination, preferably in an Indian context.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and tools for data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
