Vacancy at ITP Media Group in KSA: Events Manager (Arabic Speaker)

ITP Media Group is offering a job opportunity as it’s looking for looking for an upbeat, creative, and proactive Events Manager to be based out of our office in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of live experiences, activations and events for our portfolio of brands including Arabian Business, Time Out, Harper’s Bazaar Saudi, Construction Week, Esquire Saudi, and many more.

looking for a creative personality who can independently manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work to budget. The ideal candidate loves creating an event strategy as much as rolling up their sleeves to do the production work and will also assume responsibility for flawless execution of agreed-upon sponsor elements. ITP is looking for someone who can bring ideas and creativity to our events calendar, and who can drive revenue through innovative sponsor and customer solutions. This is a client facing role.

1. Experience in event planning, strategy and hands-on execution
2. Taste and an aesthetic sensibility that pairs well with our brands, and an enthusiasm for the range of personalities we work with, from fashion and celebrities to business people and artists
3. Superior client management
4. Experience managing suppliers, sponsors, and other stakeholders
5. Experience negotiating contracts and agreements
6. Experience managing a budget
7. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, internally and externally
8. A modern understanding of what makes an event successful—social-media expertise a plus
9. Enthusiastic, driven, creative and able to work on own initiative but a strong team player
10. Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
11. Languages: Fluent Arabic and English
