Vacancy at ITP Media Group in Lebanon: Operation Assistant, ITP Gaming

ITP Media Group is offering a job opportunity as an Operation Assistant, ITP Gaming in seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised operations assistant, with experience of working in marketing and content creation to join our ITP Gaming/Originals divisions of ITP Media Group in our Beirut office.

The ideal candidate will be able to work both as part of a team and independently to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, interpret data, create reports and spreadsheets to a high standard that exceeds client expectations. The successful candidate is passionate about their work, has an interest in gaming and a willingness to travel if required.

1. Support project teams in monitoring and evaluating campaigns,
2. Data collection, interpretation and data entry,
3. Post campaign analysis including creation of reports, case studies and multimedia deliverables,
4. Liaise with both internal departments and clients on campaign reporting,
5. Other administrative duties related to campaign monitoring, execution and reporting.

1. An attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
2. An interest in gaming
3. Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
4. Solution orientated with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
5. Ability to work independently and within a team setting
6. Enthusiasm for the range of talent we work with, from international celebrities to regional gaming influencers
7. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
8. Arabic speaker is advantageous
