Duties & responsibilities
During the period from June to November 2024, the trainer will work on developing a curriculum and delivering a training course aimed at building the capacities of youth and empowering them to become successful debaters in various topics of interest to them and their communities. At the end of the training course, a debate will be held for the participants to apply the skills and experiences provided during the training.
Additionally, the trainer will assist the trainees in establishing "Diwanieh" clubs in their communities and organizing their own debates. (A large debate will be held at the end of the program for all participants as a final event).
Eligibility criteria
- Educational background in a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training and guidance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in debate and public speaking
- Experience in curriculum development and materials preparation
