Zain Group is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as a Product Management - Zain Cash to be responsible of Developing new products and services and designing BRD papers to translate ideas to concerned parties. in addition to Identifying technical and business requirements, translating them to technical departments testing, analyzing, troubleshooting, monitoring performance, and performing improvement activities, in addition to participating in implementing different product development projects within the department.

Main Responsibilities, will include but will not be limited to:

1. Performing market research, examining new trends/ technologies to suggest new ideas, as well as forecasting analysis, collecting data about market segment preferences, demands, and penetration strategies.
2. In addition to researching and analyzing competitors’ products, services and offers to understand Zain cash’s position related to the business marketing segment.
3. Gathering customer feedback and requirements in the business marketing segment from customer care(operation), sales departments, as well as other external sources, and subsequently utilizing customer feedback in improving products and service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Identify the technical requirements for each new product and ensure that product initiatives provide an adding value to the business.
5. Participating in designing testing scenarios, performing tests, and troubleshooting for existing and newly developed products including pre-launching testing to guarantee product technical functionality, and monitoring products performance throughout the product life cycle
6. Participate in preparing financial business models for new products which include the analysis of financial aspects such as breakeven points, expected revenue, marketing costs, and others. 
7. Ensuring project compliance with legal and regulatory terms and regulations during project development and project life cycle with coordination with concerned parties.
8. Providing sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding Mobile Money products.
9. Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and developing periodic reports which include KPI results, gap analysis for targets and results…etc.  
10. Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct Manager.

• holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, BIS, MIS, Engineering or a related field.
• 5 Years’ experience of relevant experience
• Certification in Agile is preferred:

1. PMI-ACP
2. CSM
3. PSM
4. PSPO
5. CSP-PO
