Zain Jordan Jobs: Analysis & Post Assessment Team Leader

Zain Group is offering a job opportunity in Amman, Jordan, as a Analysis & Post Assessment Team Leader to join its Consumer Business Department who will be responsible for assessing the performance of commercial launches to find out if the desired objectives are met in terms of subscribers’ base, revenues, ARPU, related costs and margin. Postlaunch assessments are required to decide if there is a need to modify or stop any of the activities and assessments are also needed to identify new opportunities to increase revenues and subscribers’ base.

Main responsibilities will include:

1. Fully understand the activity underassessment, in order to identify the execution plan of the assessment.
2. Gather the required details and extract the needed data.
3. Calculate the impact of the activity underassessment on different revenue drivers like acquisitions, churn, ARPU, costs and margin. And to compare the results with another benchmark (like different period or different market).
4. Correlate direct and indirect factors affecting the impact of the launch, such as market changes, prices, commission, channels and communication
5. To compare the outcome of the analysis with the original business case that was done before launch to link and view the results vs previous expectations.
6. Analysis to cover launched items on prepaid GSM, Postpaid GSM, MBB Postpaid, MBB prepaid and Fiber.
7. To be able to show and present the output of the analysis in a well-structured and organized presentation to convey the findings along with the recommendations.
8. Participate in preparing financial business models for new products which include the analysis of financial aspects such as breakeven points, expected revenue, marketing costs and others, in collaboration with the Pricing & Business Intelligence function

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, industrial engineering, engineering,
• Economics or a related field.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Has Excellent Leadership skills.
